Google Wave

wavelogo

I have spent more than an hour to watch the You Tube demo of Google Wave this afternoon. It is another application being developed by Google for communication and collaboration on the web, and it will come out later this year, according to Google.

I was very much impressed after watching the demonstration. With this application, people can communicate and work together with richly formatted text, photos, videos, maps, and more with appropriate server side and client side robots, gadgets and extensions. The application is intended for enhancement and further development through the publicly released Google Wave API.

I leave it to you to find out more by watching the demo yourselves. I believe that this application will bring web communication and collaboration to another level.

Stay tuned.

Really a powerful and efficient tool empowering existing websites. More to be explored when users will develop their own ways ontop of the mentioned functions.
